Perhaps you may already have a plan, but you're having difficulty making it happen. This might be the case if you're not 100% sure the plan is right, or you simply have difficulty commissioning specialists, or prioritising and allocating resources to the required tasks. As your Marketing Coach, Susanne can help you to remove blocks to progress and provide regular guidance as you move forward with your plan. Marketing Coaching is delivered as a series of 1-2-1 sessions (1.5 hours long), in person or on Skype on a fortnightly, monthly or bi-monthly basis.

A Marketing Audit is a great way to assess your existing marketing activities. It can help you to consider what to do more of, less of, start or stop to improve the return on your future marketing investment. An audit can also include a review of the existing marketing systems and processes you have in place with recommendations for improvement. On completion, the audit is presented as a short report with recommended future actions.
